Despite we being in the 21^st century, many schools  in communities ,  are without appropriate classrooms and learners  study under trees regardless of weather. These learners  still have to sit for the same national exams with does in appropriate school learning environments.  There is need to build safe and secure classrooms where learners can enjoy the benefits of their right to education and safety. Furthermore, construct skills development centres at community level to help young mothers and out of school teenagers to have access to vocational and skills development opportunities to accelerate decent employment and poverty eradication.  Equipment to Skill Single Mothers  and Youth
