Raise the profile of people and their community welfare and wellbeing in terms of physical, social and mental health related issues, community development, and to support parity at all level in the development of policy and system reform through fostering advocacy and lobby for the rights for all persons regardless of the ethnical, political, social and economic status and religious orientation.
